This time, we will visit DTU Ballerup, where we will be introduced to the university's activities and hear a personal story about integrating into Danish academic and work life. The event will also include a guided tour and time for informal networking.

16:35–16:50 — Introduction to DTU by Institute Director Malene Holst
16:50–17:15 — Guided tour of DTU Ballerup
17:15–17:30 — Presentation by Lineker Max Goulart Coelho
Lineker will share his experiences of moving to Denmark and integrating into Danish workplace culture and research environment.
17:30–18:00 — Refreshments and networking

About the International Network in Ballerup

The International Network in Ballerup is a community for international expats and their spouses in the Municipality of Ballerup. The network is a platform for building relationships with other expats and for sharing knowledge and experiences related to life and work in Denmark.

Activities include networking events, cultural presentations, and social gatherings that aim to make expats feel at home in Ballerup. The network meets three to four times per year at different locations across the municipality.

By participating, you can:

• Build local partnerships, networks, and friendships
• Gain insight into Danish workplace norms and cultural practices
• Take part in social and cultural activities
